Shipping Policy

Every Pounce & Roam order ships with tracking.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number as soon as it ships.

Delivery times: United States orders typically arrive 7–14 business days after processing. Items may ship separately from different warehouses, so you might receive more than one package. Each one comes with its own tracking.

Shipping costs: Costs depend on the items in your cart and your delivery address. Items covered by our domestic General shipping profile have $8 Standard shipping, with free shipping on qualifying orders of $70 or more. Items covered by our separate free-shipping profile have no shipping charge where that service is available. Your final shipping total is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delays and lost packages: If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days, contact us and we'll track it down, reship it, or refund you.

Wrong address: Please double-check your address at checkout. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change it. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
